My Fastest Delivery
Occurred some years ago in England when I ordered train tickets at 4pm. They were dropped off the following morning at 8am.
Time taken - 16 hours

Next Best
Occurred today with my purchase from yourselves. Ordered 1pm yesterday and delivered at 9am this morning.
Time taken  - 20 hours.  Excellent considering my fastest delivery occurred with the resources of the British Post Office which you don't have.

And The Worst
DVDs ordered 7 April 2010 from the USA
Time taken - I don't know as I am still waiting

Hi all, bought a Garmin Zumo 220 to use with its blue tooth capability to connect my cell to my interphone F4 via the Zumo. The point of this is to be able to see who is calling while riding and you can dial out using the Zumo touch screen.

Well after having set everything up and battling for a day and a half trying to get it all speaking to each other, a trip to see Janet at Bike2Bike thinking the interphone was at fault. Not so, Janet was very helpful and a blue tooth guru. However after contacting Garmin technical in Joburg I was told send us an email and we will let you know. Total waste of time. Then spoke to Jason at Garmin in C.Town who informed me that the Zumo 220 cannot be used with a phone, only with a headset. Great a R5400.00 waste of money.

So if you need a gps with bluetooth capability please check whether it does all you need before buying it.

As far as the Interphone f4 goes. Works like a dream with really good sound. Worth the money.

I have been doing internet shopping for quite a few years now and I have spent a few thousand of rands on Ebay.

I have NEVER enjoyed the service that I have received from your company previously. I was of the opinion that South African online shopping did not know the meaning of the word "SERVICE". I have to thank you guys for proving me wrong and I want to compliment you guys on the exceptional service I have received with the purchase of the motorcycle Battery charger that I made on Wednesday, 30th June 2010 at about 13h30. My purchase was concluded and all the required documentation was forwarded as required.

To my surprise at 07h45 on Thursday, 1 July 2010, the courier company was at my gate with a delivery, at that time of the morning,  "GLOBAL COURIERS" with the Battery Charger. "Horay", you guys deserve a pat on the back for exceptional customer service and I wish your company all the best and I will be doing business with you guys very soon.

I have been using my F4 with my Nokia N95 for some months now and more recently with my new Nokia N97. Although the music reception has been brilliant, riding listening through the Nokia has compromised my cellphone battery life for the day.

I have always wanted to listen to either music and or radio while riding and have looked at the different ipod options only to be told I will not be able to listen to the radio option without wearing the ipod earphones as they are necessary for the radio to work.

Today I received the bluetooth dongle and plugged it in to my 16G Ipod Nano, set up the pairing and was happy that I can now use the Ipod for music without using cellphone battery and ,with the knowledge that the F4 will still accept cell calls which overide the Ipod and return to music when the call is complete.

The exciting part is that while I was playing with my new toy I noticed the Ipod earphones can be plugged in as well as the bluetoth dongle fitted at the same time!!

I plugged in the earphones and set up the Ipod radio stations only to find it is NOT necessary to run the wired headset to my ear to listen to the radio !!

Just leave the ipod and wires unwrapped in my pocket as an aerial for radio reception. The bluetooth dongle sends the radio broadcast via the Bluetooth function as well!!

I can now listen to radio, or music, accept cell calls, and chat to my pillion via the F4 intercom without any hassle at all !!

Great for those long roads!

I would just like to thank you for the prompt service I received. Our deal went through around 12 noon yesterday and this morning at 8 am. The delivery took place from Cape town to Boksburg that is what I call service. Just to give an example of the standard service one has to deal with day to day from most of the companies in SA: I have ordered some items from a company in Cape town and paid for it on the 12th of May, they promised to ship the items a few days thereafter. I had to phone the owner of this company at least three times whereby he promised to call back and to date no call. I was promised this morning that the items was shipped last week and he will call back in ½ hour, now 2 hours later no reply. This is the norm and once again I have to complement you (you can show this to your boss and might get a good increase) on your service and will most definitely spread the word around.

Firstly I want to thank you for your very fast, friendly & efficient assistance with my experiment. The mp3 dongle was dispatched Thursday afternoon and this morning it was delivered to me, all within just a couple of hours.

For a long time I have been trying to find a way of transferring the sound from my Garmin Nuvi 760 to my F4 headset, the answer was on our doorstep. After connecting your MP3 dongle to my Garmin and pairing it with the headset it was all done, the sound clarity is unbelievable, and it's so quick setting up, it is now possible to link any GPS unit with a 3.5mm earphone jack to your headset.

To mount the GPS on my bike I purchased a universal GPS holder that fits any bike from GIVI, it's available at most bike shops for around R550, see the pic below.

No need to spend thousands on a bike specific GPS any longer.

Bike2bike, your products are the best, the no. 1 solution in bike communication.

I want to give you some feedback about the Interphone F4 I bought from you.

Firstly, I received it in less than 24 hours. I had in installed in my helmet in roughly 5 minutes.

It works like a charm. Pairing it with another Interphone F4, we managed an intercom connection over roughly 1 km on the highway. Crystal clear.

Yesterday I had a call that there was an accident. If it wasn’t for the Interphone F4, we would have never been able to keep in touch.

Another point of interest. I had to use it yesterday while it was hailing and we were experiencing a cloud break. In one day, it fully paid for itself in value.

Just though I should let you know that your Interphone F4 works pretty darn well. The fixed mic for my closed face helmet, seems to have a lot less noise than the boom mic but this is really an impressive gadget. Thanks once again.

I would like to give you some feedback on the Supermoto headsets which I purchased from your company.

I found the system very easy to install onto two crash helmets and set up the system to work as either intercom or headset for cellphone/gps.

The large operating buttons make for ease of use even with thick winter gloves on. Audio quality is excellent. Callers to my phone when riding the bike often do not believe that I am riding as they say there is no backround noise.

Thanks for a quality product and I await the next development in the Supermoto headsets.

What an incredible product. I have really been given the two units I bought from you a hard time….. We are using it for 6 months now in extreme conditions!

We do off road riding and racing, and the units perform faultlessly. I fell in a river once with the helmet under the water and thought “ok that’s it” but know not even a squelch. Even in rain and mud the units just keep on working very well.( Dust is no problem) Over 90km/h it tends to have wind influence but on an off road machine in the bush at that speed I don’t want to talk any way. I can recommend this unit to any biker doing any type of riding. If it still works with us after over 5000km of hard riding, the price is a joke! Thanks for great service and an awesome product.

I have been using my Supermoto for the last 5 months and have found it to be an excellent product. Recently I used it on a trip to George with my brother, where we used the system on intercom to communicate with each other. I switched from intercom mode to take a cellphone call and was going 160km/h and could still hear perfectly. After a 3min talk on the cellphone I switched back to intercom mode to talk to my brother, all I hear after switching back was "KLANG!!!" when I asked my boet: What was that? He said: He just got smacked by a massive bug on the visor. I must say I knew that before he told me, from the clear sound I got in my helmet from the Supermoto.
